  I ordered an entire dining room set starting last March. To this date they have still not got it right. All items took at least twice as long to make it as the longest time they quoted. Presently they put different hardware on my last item than the other items after we discussed the hardware, sent pictures and have followed up on my end at least 10 tomes with emails and phone calls. The right person is never in. They have called me 3 times returning my call and always been polite and even nice but the doesn’t mremedy the wait and incompetence. The furniture is beautiful

  Bought a leather living room set 2yrs ago and it has peeled apart. I contacted Barbara Jeans and even though they sold us an extended warranty they claim no liability or willingness to help in the matter. I have tried numerous times calling Barbara Jeans and calls have not been returned. If this was the last place to buy furniture I would sit on the floor.
